The Inbox.lv email service has introduced a new and convenient feature — now you can attach files from Inbox Files to your emails without needing to download them first. This means that any saved file in the Inbox Files section can easily be selected from the list and added to the email with just a couple of clicks.

A file attached this way will appear in the email as a downloadable link, which minimizes the space used and leaves more place for your text and formatting.

Inbox Files is a service for storing documents, archives, photos, and other files that you work with. Among the main advantages of using the file storage are the ability to store files without time limits, share them, and attach files up to 2.5 GB to emails.

Keep in mind that email services like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others accept emails with attachments that do not exceed 25 MB in size. Inbox.lv allows users to send emails with attachments twice as large! With Inbox Files, you can save any video or photo archive (for example, from a family photoshoot) for free and immediately attach it to an email without additional uploads.

You can attach files to emails one at a time or add an entire folder at once.

Each user has 20 GB of free storage for any files. If this is not enough, you can always increase the storage to 150 GB, 300 GB, or even 1 TB. By the way, 1 TB of storage has become very popular among our users.
It’s important to note that all documents in Files are stored without time limits — they are always available and will never be deleted automatically.
