Anyone can do it! You don’t need to be an IT specialist to create a mailbox with the name of your choice. The setup process consists of 3 steps:
Step 1 – sign up at inbox.eu https://www.inbox.eu/lv/signup/business
Create your administrator account, from which you will manage your company mailbox. Choose the “Open business Inbox” section. To sign up, you will need one of your email addresses (for example, @inbox.lv, @gmail.com or any other), as well as your company website name/domain.
You will use this access to manage all email addresses on your domain, for example, to add new users and to manage their password changes and settings.
Step 2 – domain validation https://www.inbox.eu/lv/signin/business
After successfully registering your domain, go to the “sign in to the administrator control panel” section. Before you can continue and add more email addresses, we need to make sure that you really are the owner of this domain.

We recommend using the simplest validation method – an MX record. If you have a website, this validation method will not affect how it works. An MX record is required for email to work (for sending and receiving email).
Once you add the MX record = mx.inbox.eu, your email will start working on inbox.eu. This record must be added in the system where your existing domain was registered and purchased, for example, nic.lv, godaddy.com, etc.
Users who already have an email address on their domain – migration is available!
If you have a company email account, for example with G-Suite/Google/Yandex or elsewhere, and you want to switch to inbox.eu while keeping your current address, this is possible by transferring your old messages to the inbox.eu service. You need to validate your domain with a TXT record, which confirms that you own the domain and allows your email content to be synchronized. Check that all the messages you need have been successfully transferred to the new service, and then you can add the MX record and start using email on inbox.eu.

If you synchronize your email, users will also be generated automatically.
Email can be transferred from any system (yandex, mail.ru, g-suite, gmail) using the IMAP protocol. For G-suite and gmail.com users, we have prepared instructions on the steps to take to successfully move from one system to the other.

Step 3 – creating your email address.
Once your domain has been validated with an MX or TXT record – you can create your email address. Go to the “User” section and select “Create”. You are free to choose any username you like, and there is no limit on the number of users.
We also offer automatic creation of email addresses using a CSV file. The file instantly generates the username, password, first name and last name. You will find a sample file in the “Import” section.
