For almost the whole of 2023, the Inbox.lv portal held the leading position in the ranking of the most visited websites in Latvia, according to data from Gemius, an international internet research and technology company.
Gemius.lv considers a website to be all the online platforms where a particular brand’s audience and Gemius measurement codes are present (for example, a website, mobile app, video).
“For many years the Inbox.lv team has been studying and respecting the needs and wishes of our users. As a result, we create products and services that are the most convenient and secure specifically for the people of Latvia. Our direct connection with users allows us to compete successfully both in the Latvian media market and with international players in the field of electronic services,” explains Andris Griķis, owner of Inbox.lv.
In January 2023, Inbox.lv reached a record audience of 917,000 visitors, and from April until the end of the year it maintained a stable number of visitors, averaging around 850,000 each month. Andris Griķis, owner of Inbox.lv, recalls that Inbox.lv was also the most visited portal in Latvia in 2022, and in December the number of the portal’s visitors reached eight hundred and seventy-two thousand.
